Review on Keeper 02942 30 Recovery Strap by Donnie Boss

This recovery harness has seen many uses. It eventually became unreliable after my buddy drove his 4WD SUV through some of the worst mountainous off-road terrain we could find. He disassembled his car's engine and intake system. I used this harness to tow his disabled 4x4 full of gear up one of the worst mountain trails back to civilization. We covered about 17 miles of this belt pulling on my truck and SUV, pulling over rocks and boulders when the slack broke, crossing several small creeks, and finally pulling across the sidewalk when we came to a proper road . Obviously this strap was FOR RECOVERY ONLY AND NOT FOR TOWING VEHICLES. I wanted to see how much bullying we can take. He survived all the way. Only torn in one place, almost no damage. It's never cracked or broken in any way. I mean, this belt is more than capable of freeing stuck cars from embankments, mud puddles, etc. I'm incredibly impressed and will be buying another one to replace this one soon.
