I like best is that its very efficient and has everything that I need for my business. The customer service is great as well as the technical support. I dislike least is that there are many options when it comes to software. There is not one program that I can completely rely on. It would be nice if they had more than one option because sometimes you get the feeling that they don't have enough time to do all of their work. I highly recommend this software to anyone who wants to keep track of their hotels and needs lots of features to help them do so. They should really try it out first, I think that after they realize how simple it is and how much information it keeps that they won't want to go back.
