Review on 🔒 Abus Bordo GRANIT X Plus 6500/85cm - Ultimate Bike Security with Folding Lock - Black (Level 15) by Mike Pearson

I have mixed feelings about this lock but in the end I decided to return it. That's why. Pros: I've done a lot of research and think this is the BEST lock to keep your bike from being stolen. While a professional thief can eventually get through, it will take some time, effort, and some powerful tools. Cons: - It's VERY HEAVY! But I knew that before I bought it. However, it didn't fit my smaller frame carbon road bike and was really too heavy to carry on my back. It attaches to my water bottle cage, but I need a much longer tool than my compact bike tool to install it. Furnished. My compact kit couldn't reach the screw through the hole in the bracket. As I have a women's 48" frame bike, I found that once assembled it would be either impossible or very difficult to get it out of my pocket as my bike's frame is small and just doesn't have enough ground clearance.
