Received the product, removed the cap and found the seal was just floating in the cap and was NOT sealed. This is a HUGE issue as this product requires refrigeration once opened. Well, if the seal won't close, the product has been exposed to heat and air for "HOW LONG?" I have returned the item for a replacement. Presumably the replacement arrived with the same problem. The sealing has been removed from the edges of almost the entire perimeter. So a product that required refrigeration after opening was suspended for "how long?". Very upset after receiving 2 in a row in this condition. We looked forward to the nutritional support he may have offered our family member/pet. But it can be risky, even dangerous, if the contents are allowed to spoil. Two in a row makes me wonder if others are getting an "unsealed" product? There is a clear flaw in the bottling process.
