They have been used on 2006 Dodge Charger R/Ts with alloy wheels for a number of years. The OEM ring nuts that came with the car were capped and will corrode and swell over time meaning your wrench will not fit and the caps will come loose if you go up to the next size. Then you need to use some tools to rip off the cover and get at the nut underneath. That's why these Gorilla Nuts are worth it. Fits exactly as it should and since they are solid you won't have the problem I just described with OEM nuts. I guess I wish they had come in 5 packs as my wheels require 5 nuts but no problem as I did all 4 wheels I only bought 5 packs.
