This unit works great with 2010 Nissan Frontier. I used the key fob programming guide posted at http://www.dkprogram.com/nissan.html. Note: I had to insert and remove the key from the ignition about 9-10 times before the indicator flashed. This process is a little tedious. So keep in mind that the number of times you have to insert and remove the key before the light comes on can be 6 to 10 times in 10 seconds. As soon as the display flashes, you enter the programming mode. It took me a few tries before I was successful. Good luck to all. The cost of cutting and programming the key was $60 each (CA price - might be cheaper elsewhere). I am very satisfied with this product.
