Works as advertised, winch is powerful for such a small unit. But . The wire doesn't keep twisting and now that it's been used for the 3rd time it actually gets stuck next to the pulley which is seemingly impossible. I had to use wire cutters to pull out the twisted pair cable and now it's impossible to find a replacement cable on WARN or Amazon. Judging by the poor quality of the wire, replacement should be standard procedure, although it appears the wire is almost as stretched as a winch. roll, winch will be 5 stars.
