Great knives and the price is right. Very sharp so be careful when changing knives, they will cut you quickly! When I changed knives for the first time, I was a bit apprehensive. Took about 30 minutes (probably should have taken less if I knew what I was doing) and made a huge difference. For many years I had a small chip in my old knives, but I was too scared to change knives. Every time I put a piece of wood together, I had to either scrape or sand down the burr left by the shavings. Stupid stupid stupid! 30 minutes to change knives compared to the time I spent grinding/scraping.
