I make the ointment myself. First, I pour dried herbs, comfrey leaves, chamomile, chickweed, plantain, calendula with the oil of my choice. I like hemp oil, almond oil, sunflower oil. After the infusion I sieve the herbs out of the oils and make an ointment with the infused oils. I used gauze and it wasn't fun. I've infused herbs all over the place and it didn't strain any of the oils! I don't need gauze anymore! As soon as I poured the tincture into the pouch, the oils immediately came out! And it was clearer than I've ever seen! Wow! I left it on overnight because I'm used to it, but I'd say it died out after an hour or so. I really need some more of these.
