I use this in my Toddy Cold Brew. I don't use any other filter and find that it filters quite well even with finer grinds. There is some sediment at the bottom of the carafe, but it's not much and it's fine enough that it doesn't bother me. The coffee drains much faster than a punch filter or regular coffee filter and is easy to clean. I use it inside out so the coffee grounds don't get stuck in the seam. I'm very happy with it!
