This will likely cause a lot of bloating/indigestion at first, but that's because red pepper is so potent. I wanted to be discouraged by another review I read about Capsimax that said the same thing about it and almost everything was mothballed but I stuck with it and had to do something with the gas to help it. I recommend tea, which I did; Immediately after ingesting with food, I would drink a glass of Peppermint, Spearmint, Ginger, and/or Chamomile, or combine them all in a tea or 2 in a tea. Mint is best for gas. However, after about 3 weeks my body got used to it and I don't feel any gas; only if there is something sweet about him, then I understand him. Milk also causes bloating, even if it's almond milk. I also only take 1 pill a day instead of the recommended 2 a day but I will fill 1 bottle up to 1 pill a day and then increase to 2. As hard as it is to believe, I'm around 4 weeks old and I'm actually noticing my pants are looser. I hope for a positive result with further use. I recommend you try it, it's worth it; just be careful with the gas. BTW this product is safe to take, I researched it and if you do too you can find the CDC .gov website which says exactly that, they break and whatnot. Don't be afraid to try. Hope this all helps.
