My AC went out during the hottest weekend of the summer and my sister brought her Seville Classics fan to use with my portable room air conditioner to help cool off the house. The oscillating feature kept us cool while we set-up the "noisy" room air conditioner. I later purchased 2 sets Seville Classics Ultra Slimline fans to have for emergencies but wound up using them for the rest of the summer instead of turning on the new AC to cool off one room. The remote control and sleep mode are perfect to be able to fall asleep without worrying about getting up to turn off the fan. I use the smaller, personal fan in the garage when preparing to feed my dogs. These fans are quiet, easy to move, efficient and a Must-Have in my house.
