The ability for our sales team to have access from any where in the world is great! I like that we can keep track of all leads/contacts within one system. It really isn't anything at this time but when creating an account they could be a little bit clearer about what features are included. We use it as a way to organize leads/contacts. This allows us to see who has been contacted most recently by phone or email which helps me prioritize my schedule each week. I like that it's a very easy to use, and that it's mobile friendly. I dislike that it can be a bit slow, so it can be frustrating. It's a great tool if you are looking for a CRM that is easy to use, and that will help you keep track of your leads and contacts.
