Edit: After 13 emails and possibly reading this review, it looks like they are honoring the warranty. Will update if a replacement ever arrives. I thought this company sounded legit so I bought 2 devices from them but now I realize how screwed up I was. My 1200w pure sine wave inverter randomly shuts down because it says the input voltage is too high. The system says it accepts up to 16 volts, but my Victron system never exceeds 14.5 volts when charging. Keep in mind that this happens even with a 50W load, so it's definitely not a heat issue. In any case, the technical support is complete nonsense. They even suggested that I turn off the stationary inverter while charging the batteries. You are understanding. They won't pass the warranty unless I can get a video where I can't prove the input voltage is acceptable. Problem is he does it randomly so I couldn't get it on video. This system has a critical cooling system running, so turning it off was a big issue for me.
