WHEN I FINALLY INSTALLED IT it worked fine - this product has to be one of the most cumbersome CPU cooler builds I've ever worked with due to the way you interact with the cooler itself Having to juggle cooler adapters (included in the kit to make the CPU cooler "compatible" with various mobile devices), tighten the mainboard and the backplate of the mainboard cooler with 4 screws at the same time, 2 of which are in hard-to-reach places the very close proximity to other components of the motherboard charges. The blunt little adjustment wrench is a joke - you'll need pliers and long nosed pliers for at least two bolts. It's a shame as Cooler Master tends to sell very high quality products, but this one needs a little tweaking. If you could install the cooler adapters first, and then install the cooler on the already installed adapter, the installation time could be reduced by 3/4.
