My parrots love it!
I am using this with red palm oil as the oil source. I make it in muffin cases. I keep them fresh by freezing them in a ziplock bag. All I have to do is defrost a small muffin-sized bun in the microwave for 15 seconds, then cut it into thirds for my gray parrot and two cockatiels.
