to put under the Extend Trifecta Trifecta. I have rail caps and a mounting insert and the spikes fit fine. I love that they can be attached anywhere along the rails as sometimes you have to tie them in the middle of the bed. The only problem is that if you have an Extang triple fold, they interfere with the trunk closing properly. The lid puffs out 1/4 inch at the point of the tip, allowing water to get under the barrel lid. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with the width of my trifecta, or an error that could occur with one of the trifecta cases. I have to remove the clips to close the trunk lid. All in all it's a good product and will likely fit under a traditional boot cover on the bed rails. It just doesn't fit the Trifecta line.
