I like that it's easy to check in when there is heavy rain or flooding around your area so you're prepared for what could happen next! It also helps me know if my house will be safe from floods/tornadoes which can give peace of mind while living near them. There are some bugs but they say this was fixed recently. If you want something simple then maybe try another program first. This one allows you to see exactly where water levels would go at different times as well how likely areas are going to get flooded.
