Spout could be better

I like the look of the bottle. All the colors offered in this product are beautiful. I myself have two colors; I gave the third color to a friend, but I'll probably end up buying the same color. I use juniper and slate on a daily basis, storing the olive oil in juniper for frying and the olive oil in slate for finishing ("Black Label," to use a Johnny Walker nod). I gave figue, but I'll end up with one for safflower oil, my "non-olive" oil of choice. Missing star due to spout. This is essentially a cheap liquor spout you can buy here =Bottle+Spout The problem is that the narrow tube that lets air into the bottle and expels the oil as it pours is narrow enough to get the "cork" " to hold the oil, disturb the filling. The problem usually resolves itself if the bottle is left upright, but this can be a nuisance. I'll probably replace the drain grommets when I get around to it; There are many opportunities here at Revain. For those who think the same, check out the cork/rubber/plastic o-ring. Oil ruins some materials and of course makes some super slippery.

Pros
  • Atomizer and oil dispenser
Cons
