Great for women! in my opinion
I'm a 5'8" woman who wears small shirts. I'm the largest size and it fits perfectly! DO NOT put in the dryer as the sleeves tend to shrink. Luckily on the second wash I dried it and the sleeves magically got back to the right length haha!
