I did not have any issues with this product other than the fact that the box wasn't sealed properly so things were all over the place when I opened them but it worked perfectly and it has not yet given me any issues. I used to make cells and remove air bubbles in my pour paintings. It was great. Easy to use and lightweight. The only thing I would recommend is being careful when you buy your butane gas bottle to refill it. I made the mistake of buying the butane before the torch arrived and it didn't fit so I had to go buy a different one and the store didn't let me return the original one because of the COVID-19 situation. I will include photos of which one not to buy.
