So I ordered this product and received it. Before throwing away the packaging, I plugged it in to make sure it worked after I charged it. I didn't use it at the time, it was just to check the quality. I threw away the packaging because I knew it would work. A few weeks later I had to use it - it didn't work, it didn't have a charger so I plugged it in to charge and the charger didn't seem to work. I have never used a cleaning product. I found this to be a major issue and not a quality item.
