As a writer, I feel obligated to discuss my dissatisfying interaction with Sqwincher's customer support team. Their product offering may have been adequate, but their support service was terrible. My order problem went unresolved for much too long before anyone from customer support got back to me. When I did hear back, it was obvious that the person hadn't given my message the attention it deserved. The agent was also unhelpful and unapologetic, and she made no effort to fix the problem or apologize for it. Sqwincher obviously didn't care about its customers. This left a bad taste in my mouth as someone who places a premium on excellent customer service. The things itself may have been fine, but the company's neglect of its customers has left me with a bad impression.
