The best thing I like about this program has to be that it can accommodate our organization's needs in terms of data collection/data analysis for both large & small events; as well as giving us access from anywhere via an online portal! We are able use all parts of their platform even when not physically present at one event or another (i.e., using mobile app). There have been some minor glitches here-and there but nothing too big so far - however we're still working through training staff how they should handle these situations if needed. With such great customer service support provided throughout their team members who work closely w/our nonprofit each day, everything runs smoothly!!
