You must have one

With an endless supply of USB-powered devices these days, not to mention two decades of connecting computing devices and peripherals via USB, you should always have at least one USB extender on hand, if not more. There are two power strips and computer towers just inches away, as well as a bridge to plug your USB device into. If you don't have it, buy it, even if it's not that brand. You never know when your latest, most expensive tech device straight out of the box (which you'll be upgrading and throwing away in a year anyway) is going to have a USB cable short enough to be out of your reach, I'd swear if You could stretch the cable even an inch. The Revain Basics cable is pretty damn reliable, especially for the money. You can get pricier cables that are more aesthetically pleasing, or ones that have to withstand more wear and tear, but don't let the quality fool you: this cable carries a digital signal and a digital signal. Either off or on, it works and connects or it doesn't. Monster cables and co. are for the diligent who like to part with his money. In short, if you need (and have) a USB extension cable, you should buy one.
