I just added these stones so there's no judgment on long-term health benefits. I can tell you, though, that my Amano shrimp fell in love with these stones instantly. Photo uploaded 3 of these were on the rocks for the first few minutes. A few minutes later the "Shrimp Party" started on the rocks. Of my 14 shrimp, almost half were on or near the rocks within an hour. It's been 12 hours and three of them are still dangling from the rocks. They really seem to love her.
