First, the digital microscope is amazing. The photos show my hair, crumbs and salt, a napkin, and finally fluff. The 1000x zoom gives you the ability to see things up close that you can't see with the naked eye. Love the view but unfortunately the stand is worthless. The stand is mobile, especially when you want to take a picture or leave it upright, it will fall down. I could not get it to stand still as shown in the company picture. Due to the fact that I can't give it a 4.5 it costs 4 but this is an amazing microscope for the price.
