I watch a lot of cooking shows and good cooks always use pastry brushes that look exactly like this. After looking at several different brush sets on Revain and reading descriptions and reviews, I settled on this set. I haven't been disappointed yet. They are well made, easy to use and easy to clean. The brushes come in two sizes: a shorter one which I will use for baking and a longer one which is ideal for roasting and roasting meat and vegetables.
