Had a copy of the vapor barrier. It was 90+ wet and I left my 97 XJ waiting at the curb for about 30 minutes for a pickup. Well, it started panting and idling rougher than an angry bull, and then it stopped. I had to open the hood and let it sit for an hour before starting it again. su I installed this bad boy which is hard to want at all. Special tool required, *** YOU NEED A 5/16 FUEL LINE TOOL. ***These cost less than $10 and are readily available. Then all the screws on my '97 were 10mm. So these are ALL the tools I needed. A good 10mm deep, longer extensions and 3/8 adjustable wrench. Installation took about an hour. The longest part is removing the damn injectors and putting them back on the rail. *USE VASELINE* to avoid damaging new o-rings.TLDR. After installing this kit I was no longer able to install the vapor barrier on my car. And I tried it, the kit works.
