Affordable & user friendly transportation management software with excellent customer service
The system is very user friendly as it has all features that one could need to manage patients with disabilities from different health centers across US territories including Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands. It also helps me keep track of referrals made by various agencies such as Medicaid or Medicare along other benefits received. I do not have any dislikes about this software so far! There are some minor issues when we try use at our facility but nothing major which can be improved upon easily without compromising data security needs etc. We managed most aspects related to transportation services offered through state agency, medical facilities/clinics within NYS territory (including PR) using this application.

- Easy interface for both patient access users i.e families who rely heavily in having easy information available while accessing their loved ones' records; seamless integration among local clinics offering care plans allowing ease of tracking progress towards goals being set via those healthcare providers working directly under HHS guidelines / requirements ; great customer support team accessible
