Review on 🐠 Petzilla 4-Fan Aquarium Chiller Cooling System for Salt and Fresh Water Tanks - Fits Aquariums with Lip Width Less Than 1/2 Inch by Katrina Dorsey

I can't even describe how cheap they are. The mounting rail is just a U-shaped piece of metal with two screws. I can't think of an easy or practical way to mount it securely if you have any type of cover for your setup. In fact, we went through two such blocks. None have lasted more than 3-4 months without at least one fan failing. Complete failure came a few weeks after they got significantly louder and one fan stopped completely. They work well enough to cool the water slightly. It's cheaper to buy them and replace them quarterly, at least for a while, than to buy a real chiller. That's the only reason we bought two. I can't remember exactly where they're from, but I do remember that the box didn't actually say English on it. I also suspect that this product is not UL listed, which may or may not be a big deal. Since it works so close to the water, it seems a little troubling to me, but I doubt there's any real threat. I just saw that the company offers a 1 year warranty. I have sent you a message and I hope to change this rating. Third time charm, right?
