I tested it on my XPS 13 9370 and it loads great, no error messages. It also charges my Pixel 2. I travel a lot and really need a DC car charger for my laptop that works for me. Make sure you understand the USB-C specs, they're confusing. I was looking for USB-C PD cables that can handle 100W. I don't do much data work so I looked for PD cables. I started labeling my cords because some of my phone cords are under-wattage for a laptop. Confusion, yes, hopefully this will all clear up with time. Dell charges $100 for their version.
