Good brewer but cheap filter
The brewing system is simple and convenient. The resulting cold coffee is very tasty. However, after 2 fillings of coffee in the filter, the sieve came loose in two places. There is now coffee grounds in the pot. I don't see anywhere how to order a new filter. Will continue to use but will need to strain the coffee to remove the grounds. A bit uncomfortable when rushing in the morning.
