The best thing about kotid is their customer support! They are super quick to respond, helpful with questions, and always willing to take any feedback you have into consideration.
I haven't found anything in particular that I dislike yet but if they ever change fonts/layout it would be nice for them to notify me before they do so rather than waiting until after the redesign goes live. Use this product as long as you need it - It's well worth it! It has allowed us to offer our customers free merch at trade shows which helps boost attendance AND makes sure we're able to give away more of what people want (more samples!) Our team members like interacting with clients better when we can give out merch instead of just talking through email or phone calls.
