Excellent value for money and quality.

Seems well made for the purpose. I only use it to stow a 15" spare in my trailer. The only thing I would suggest is to use a wing nut instead of a regular nut. Then you don't have to look for a wrench to install it properly. Of course, a visit to the hardware store will fix this in less than a quarter.
