Have been using this sealer for several years now. I put it on every year before winter and it lasts all season until I put it back on. It seems to have a cumulative effect as it keeps getting better. I have no cracks, except maybe on the curb where careless drivers drive or park it. I seal them with cement mortar and reseal and all is good. Remember to clean the surface well before applying, make sure the cement is dry (I wait two days) and apply with a roller. I tried the sprayer and it seems to apply unevenly, the roller was much better. Try to stay away from the surface for as long as possible and avoid getting it wet for as long as possible after application if you can.
