Review on Corax by David Caldwell

The capabilities of this product are great, it has all you need to do business effectively. It also offers an excellent customer support team which makes things easier for customers who have questions or concerns about their products. I would like more features available such as being able to add other carriers' policies into one policy file - but not much else! We're solving our claims data needs by using Corax's Claims Management module. This allows us to easily pull up information from multiple sources including third party providers (e.g., Optimum) without having to manually enter each claim. Additionally we can now use Corax's Risk Transfer Module to help mitigate risks associated with certain exposures.
