Review on 👨 Maverick Electronic Thermometer and Timer: The Ultimate Kitchen Companion by Daniel Ogbebor

When I started writing this review, a window appeared with 4 stars already marked and favorable text already inserted. Is this something new? Anyway the product: something strange next door. They sent me a completely different device (okay, yes, it has a probe). On the Maverick website it's ET-8, but apparently a lot of things are called "et-8" (maybe I should call home?). I also found an online user manual, or maybe one of them. Temperature limits vary by publication. The model I received has a color screen and costs around $30. This is not the same as what is shown on Revain. The probe measured the temperature to within 2 degrees on my subtongue test. According to the literature, this is normal for gas grills (but use on medium/low heat). Looks good overall BUT I AM NOT SURE THIS REVIEW APPLIES TO YOU because who knows what they will send you!
