Perfect except when you replace the stock thermostat it 'sticks' so you have to use a Dremel like tool to remove an OEM Remove the thermostat and any excess metal that could interfere with the correct installation of the new thermostat. According to Jane's repair instructions, the new one does not need to be unplugged.
