Very durable power supply. I had that for two years. However, in early 2021 I actually had an issue that caused my computer to shut down. After checking with the manufacturer and trying to run some diagnostic tests, it turned out that the problem was that the socket on the device (where the power cord plugs in) was loose. I reported this to "Apevia"; and after Revain verified the purchase, model number and serial number, they quickly processed a replacement power supply which was shipped to me the same day. I will update this review once I have the device and get the computer working again. It was very good customer service and I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a good power adapter and a 3 year no cram warranty. There should be more companies like this.
