Review on Punchh by Jesus Baker

The customer support team are absolutely brilliant! They are so understanding of your business needs and give you great advice to help grow your website traffic. We have used Punchh for more than two years now and I believe they genuinely care about all their clients. We struggled with SEO prior to using Punchh, however since working with them we have seen a significant improvement in our search rankings. Our ROI is greater than our targets and this has been helped by the Punchh team who constantly monitor our progress. I like that it allows you to create custom email campaigns and track results. It's also very easy to use! I dislike that there are no tutorials available or support (although they do have an online help section). Not really anything specific but their customer service has been subpar at best. I've had issues with support not being able to answer questions, tickets taking weeks to get answered, etc. We're using Punchh to send emails about our new menu items, specials, and other announcements.
