This processor is amazing. It's a $45-$55 APU (meaning it's a processor with more powerful integrated graphics) that runs on modern hardware, meaning it's great for those who are looking for a remarkable upgrade path in the future. The support this APU should get in the future is great, and if you only do office work then I don't see a reason to spend more money. The same goes for gaming as if you just want to play popular multiplayer games like Fortnite, CS GO, League of Legends etc on a budget as long as you are comfortable with lower settings you can even do it with the impressive integrated graphics. If you need emulation, this is a great processor. It can also work well in many modern games if you plan to use a budget GPU like 1050, 1050ti, 1060 or 1660. Of course, if you're planning on playing the latest games at max settings at 60 fps or higher at 1080p resolution or higher, you'll probably need to look elsewhere. It's also great for overclocking, even with the included budget cooler. For my use case where I'm a college student who plays the latest generation of light games when not in class, this APU is perfect for just that. Being a dual core processor it can cause problems in modern games but I am planning to upgrade to Ryzen 5 as it supports the same architecture which will save me the extra money that buying a Ryzen 3 would have cost while waiting for a copy .money. The only issues I've had is Minecraft as it's a game that loves cores no matter what GPU you pair it with (so if you plan on playing Minecraft I'd recommend at least a 4-core Ryzen 3) , and it runs so cool that the built in fan may be overkill to be honest, but if all I can really say is that it runs too cool then it's a pretty cool buy. And last thing I'll say, modern Ryzen and Athlon APUs.
