It is excellent. Maybe not worth the price but I don't know

Water conditioner is ok, I think regular API conditioners are cheaper and overpriced due to the "turtle" label. A sediment remover that I don't really have a clue about works or not. I didn't notice any difference. Can someone explain to me what this is really about? Don't the beneficial bacteria in the bottle die on the shelf or once opened?
