Broke on first charge, won't turn off
When I took off the USB cap for the first time, it didn't come off easily. When he finally did, he screwed something up and now the switch won't turn off no matter what. So it will just take forever to die. I will return it but since it worked I don't have the packaging and I threw it away so I have to buy it and I will lose money with that too. There is also no label printer. Ridiculous
