I wear 26 pants and the size is perfect for me. I'm not sure why "Made in Spain" skirts (like this one) are so much more expensive than their "Made in China" counterparts because I don't see any real difference in fabric/tailoring (yet), but I won don't complain (yet) because the skirt looks beautiful.
