Ideal for DIY cosmetic formulations! I make small batches so many of my items weigh less than a gram. Big scales just can't handle these small dimensions, but this small weight is perfect. I love that it comes with its own weight for sizing and a small cup for small amounts of liquid or powder. I've tried many of these little skills and this is by far the nicest thing I've ever tried. I found it good value for money
