So I bought this tuner hoping it would improve my F250's terrible fuel economy. After opening the box and reading the instructions, I plugged in the tuner. It contains 3 main tunes with octane of 87, 89 and 91. If you want custom tunes, you must be prepared to pay between $125 and $300. You would think that for this price it would have more than 3 tunes and more settings. The last tuner I bought was the ability to change tire size, shift points and more. This tuner is very basic in what you can do without spending a bunch of extra bucks on the tunes you download onto this device. If you are unhappy with this tuner, you have to pay a 50 percent restocking fee because they claim it's software. , which is actually not the case. Pros: If you can afford to pay around $600 extra overall for custom tunes with a tuner. This will make your f250 springier and more torquey. Cons: Must come with customized tunes and have a refund policy that won't steal half of your investment if you're unsatisfied.
