My 13 year old daughter bought these headphones with the money I gave her for her birthday. They broke after a month and just stopped playing in the speakers. When I tried to report this issue to the Gorsun seller, after several attempts I was unable to get a response and follow up. I understand that the product may fail, but it is important to correct this issue and replace the defective item. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product or buy from this 'Gorsun' company because they failed to honor their warranty and the customer service was terrible simply because they chose not to acknowledge their customers' problem. It even took out extra warranty insurance, but couldn't redeem it as it had to be replaced by the manufacturer under a 1-year warranty. I was most disappointed in my daughter as it was her money and she was the one who had no luck buying it.
