Exactly as described in the description. Fits snugly on my 2009 Ford F-150. It came in an OEM package and was very easy to open and install. It took 30 seconds from opening to completion. Reinstalling my license plate took longer than installing this part. I wish my local dealer would sell the parts for such a low price and tell me to install it myself!
