Very difficult to bury. The clamps holding the two pieces together are too small and any pressure in any direction will cause them to come loose. Because we had to remove so much foam there was not a tight fit around the perimeter and now I worry about what will happen if the seats get wet and the foam is exposed to water. I am very disappointed and regret going this route.
